A little about me...
"Ok, from now on I'm a coach"
Those were the words I spoke out loud as I walked out of the hotel in London where I had spent the best part of two years of weekends training to be a coach.
Before then I had worked in Marketing up to Marketing Director and then in marketing consultancy. But I had started to notice that 20% of my time on a contract would be spent on the Marketing and 80% coaching the owner of the project and their team. So I decided to retrain in NLP, in coaching and most recently in Applied Neuroscience. I joined the International Coaching Federation and eventually achieved PCC credentialing.
I spoke those words nearly 20 years ago and since then I have been lucky enough to support 100s of leaders in their careers and in their lives and I love what I do.
It's a huge privilege...
I have lead teams across the globe on amazing projects and worked with some of the best coaches on the planet and learned more than I can say from them too.

Sonia facilitated a critical board workshop for the International Triathlon Union in Rotterdam in September.
The board is made up of members of many different nationalities and from many different cultures.
