Many of the senior leaders I work with choose to bring me in to work with their teams.
Not because something is “broken” — but because they want the way their team works together to match the leadership they’re modelling at the top.
Team coaching helps translate leadership intent into everyday behaviour.

Every team engagement is bespoke, shaped around the organisation, the leader, and the team’s context.

Communication becomes cautious or unclear

Often, team coaching sits alongside executive coaching — creating alignment between how leaders lead and how teams operate.
My approach to team coaching is calm, structured, and human.
I create a space where teams can:
Speak honestly
Listen properly
Challenge respectfully
Understand one another better
Agree how they want to work together
I balance care with challenge — supporting teams to be open, while also stretching thinking and behaviour where needed.


Each assignment will include:
Needs assessment in conversation with the team leader / executive sponsor
Conversations with the whole team including the team leader AND one-on-one conversations with each team member
Then, depending on needs:
Team diagnostic
Individual Coaching sessions
Team coaching sessions
Observing business as usual
Sitting in team meetings, observing and feeding back
ABOUT US
I coach senior leaders, executives, and boards who want to lead with confidence, direction, and humanity.
Over the past 20+ years, I’ve supported leaders and their teams across FTSE 100s, multinational organisations, fast-growth companies, SMEs, and schools. My work helps them navigate complexity, influence powerfully, make better decisions, and build teams who genuinely thrive.
My role as your team coach is to partner with the team in a co-creative and reflective process, focussed on enhancing team dynamics and team performance. As a coach, I will work with the team on collective goals and help the team operate as a unit.

Sonia facilitated a critical board workshop for the International Triathlon Union in Rotterdam in September.
The board is made up of members of many different nationalities and from many different cultures. By virtue of her enthusiasm, multi -linguisism, and inter personal skills, Sonia brought us all together and had us working in a common direction in next to no time. It became very clear over the two days that her skills set extends well beyond facilitation to mentoring, leadership development, culture building and so on. I would not hesitate to recommend her for any role she sees fit to turn her attention to.
During her collaboration with Ford Motor Company, within the Consumer Experience Movement, Sonia has been a terrific coach and moreover an inspiration for all his colleagues/team mates.
