At senior levels, leadership is rarely about competence alone. It's about judgement, influence, and culture. It's about making decisions when the answers aren't obvious and the pressure is real. And it's about doing all of that while staying human.
My clients are often highly capable people navigating complexity, change, or growth. They carry the emotional and strategic weight of leadership. They don't come to be fixed... they come because they want to lead well, especially when it's hard.
Over 20+ years, I've worked as a Marketing Director, an HR Director, a consultant, and for the last 21 years — a coach. I've supported leaders across FTSE 100s, multinationals, fast-growth companies, and schools. Clients often describe my approach as calm, insightful, and quietly challenging. But fun. I take that as a compliment.

Sonia facilitated a critical board workshop for the International Triathlon Union in Rotterdam in September.
The board is made up of members of many different nationalities and from many different cultures. By virtue of her enthusiasm, multi -linguisism, and inter personal skills, Sonia brought us all together and had us working in a common direction in next to no time. It became very clear over the two days that her skills set extends well beyond facilitation to mentoring, leadership development, culture building and so on.
