Stress and resilience are hot topics these days.

It seems like the world is speeding up as well as hotting up.

And we’re all running to keep up. Now, I hear so many people telling me that they’re exhausted, but are taking on more. And the main reason is that they don’t want to overwhelm their teams, or because there just aren’t enough people to do all the work.

But this is not only at the expense of your own wellbeing but also at the expense of performance.

Today, I want to help you understand why if you want better performance, you actually need to slow down and do more to take care of yourself and others in your team – this is one of the key things we look to achieve with all teams.

And is that really possible?
